She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain
Published in Unknown Binding by Bt Bound (March, 1901)
Average review score:

A rollicking good time!My 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter absolutely adore this book. The baby hands it to me and starts dancing before I even get the first page turned. It's lots of fun to sing and has become a family staple.

Sheep (Chunky Farm Books)
Published in Hardcover by Barrons Juveniles (July, 2000)
Average review score:

Great book for babies! My son is nearly 11 months, and this book has been one of his favorites for months. The thick, heavy "pages" are so easy to turn, (easier than a board book) and my baby has a blast flipping back and forth through the book. The story is very adorable although my son isn't quite old enough yet to appreciate it. This is a winner for babies 6 months and up. I'm off to buy a few more of Emily Bolam's "Chunky" books now!

Shopping for a Better World: A Quick and Easy Guide to Socially Responsible Supermarket Shopping

Fantastic! This book is a MUST for anyone who wants to know what their money actually supports! After reading this book, I stopped supporting companies that were abusive towards animals or irresponsible in other ways and I switched to products from companies with a clear track record. I highly recommend this book.

Souls on Board: Responses to the United Flight 232 Tragedy
Published in Paperback by Loess Hills Press (July, 1990)
Average review score:

A must read for emergency respondersI'm a 911 dispatcher. I'm also an EMT with a volunteer ambulance service. This was one of those disasters that my community knows "could happen", but thinks never will. I have used the Sioux City rescue response and their training and example to my fellow emergency workers quite often. As always, there were chincks in the armor, but it was the epitome of a rescue.
On a personal note, this book helped me more than words can express with PTSD -- post traumatic stress disorder. Thank you, Emily & Pam for sharing your stories.

Spritual Places in and Around New York CityTo read this book is to enter the realm of Spirit in a trancendent way. It not only takes you to the 50 places it describes in loving detail, it reminds your mind and heart where you might find the sacred within yourself.
Spritiual Places is a book of 50 meditations, each chosen by Emily Squires and Len Belzer to reflect their continuing search for inner peace and connection to our spirit.
I highly recommend the book not only for visitors to New York but to New Yorkers as well. Living in New York is a challenge and picking up the book is a simple and lovely way to meditate and find that quiet place within.
Thank you Len and Emily, your book is truly a gift, at a time when we all need stress reduction wherever we can find it!

Average review score:

Very good for beginners. This book is fabulous for young children interested in thier zodiac sign. It has great colorful pictures, that will fansinate young children. Otherwise I would not buy this book. It is not very detailed, but is great for kids. I would say not to buy it if over 8. You should get a more complicated one.
